TUFS is a service provided by Colleen's Hair salon for women that are re-entering the workforce throughout Seminole County, but cannot afford professional hair services.  The Rescue Outreach Mission serving the community since 1986 and founded my Mother Blanche Bell Weaver refer these women to us. To be eligible for the service, participant must be a resident or client of the Rescue Outreach Mission
